Smurfit Kappa Paper Sack has two major industrials activities :

The "Kraft Paper" activity :
the Smurfit Kappa Nervion industrial unit in Iurreta, Spain, supplies all the European sack plants with Nertop high-quality standard, semi-extensible or extensible paper.

The " Paper Sack" activity : 
940 people working in 12 manufacturing plants in 6 European countries produce 800 million sacks every year.

The plants are close to their markets and have a highly flexible supply system from their integrated paper mill and from external Scandinavian sources. An innovation developed at one site is shared with all the others in Europe. So wherever you are, our entire know-how is available to you. It’s constantly updated and tailored for each application and takes account of the individual marketing aspects of the products to be packaged.
